        House is lovely & no real snags but standard of the rest of the site is awful. Pavements not finished nearly 4 years after buying the house, fencing falling apart, trees not replaced when broken years ago, grass sporadically cut and huge grass areas left to grow into just weeds. The houses themselves are good quality. But the aftercare they claim on their website is just non existent and really, really poor.

        AVOID! Do not waste your money. Shocking customer aftercare. I have outstanding issues which have not been addressed. Constantly chasing Hopkins for time lines, dates. They cannot give me anything. All I'm told is that they are chasing issues and it takes time. My house doesn't meet building regs. NHBC are now involved. It's mentally and emotionally draining dealing with this company. The Estate has been left unfinished. The management company refuse to take the site on until Hopkins have completed remedial works. Hopkins have left the residents in an appalling way. Zero stars!
