        Very poor communicating. Couldn't even politely let us know he was running late twice!! Then after wasting our time had the neck to say he'd come the next day. Totally unprofessional. Cannot recommend on this basis and especially as we had paid hundreds of pounds up front.

        Exceptional service received from John Luscombe when called upon to undertake trace and access for a major leak under floor of flats. Turned out the source of the leak was from the opposite end. John was extremely knowledgeable and professional with his approach and went above and beyond in every aspect. At all times he continually updated owners/tenants of what was going on and even communicating directly with Insurance company whilst still on site. He has continued to maintain superb communication during this stressful time for all involved. Can't recommend enough!!!
