        Staff were so rude and unhelpful. When I asked them if I could go and get my prescription from somewhere else she said I could went to the other pharmacy to get my prescription they said that sage cross street had not released it back on to the system so they couldnt give it to me. They do not answer the phone so I had to rush back there with minutes to spare before closing and she didnt even apologise for her mistake. Customer service skills are shocking.

        A pharmacy to be avoided unless it's your nominated pharmacy. Staff helpful enough but I guess it struggles due to the volume of prescriptions processed due to being attached to the Latham House medical centre. Usually large queues and a long wait to be served and repeat prescriptions were quoted at 7 - 10 days last time I went in to pick one up that wasn't yet ready. This does seem to be a general issue with pharmacies in the area though.
