Incredibly rude member of staff I had gone to use the app with all my vouchers only to be told its 1 voucher per customer not what the t&c state I left the store and won't be using them again unfortunately 1 star has to be given for a review I'd like to leave a negative rating 1 star seems too generous

A necessary evil at times, but expensive, they never trim my dog's fur enough, their de-shedding treatment isn't effective at all, and whilst they are happy to keep you waiting, they will charge you if you take more than 15 minutes to get back to them.

Took our nearly one year old border collie to get a nail trim and treatment. Was called yesterday twice to move appointment due to employee sickness which wasn't an issue. Been one time before no problem but second time couldn't get him on the dryer, etc so did half and brought him home. Took him today being third time and as driving home got a call to say they weren't confident with him and to collect him. Whilst I appreciate the call and situation, I do not understand why the dogs aren't vetted beforehand. He has never nipped anyone and been there twice before. I could see he was visibly nervous when we arrived but didn't want to knock the person's profession however all in all was a wasted journey. Good on their day but I suggest they start vetting dogs to see their behaviour in there for 10 mins before just freely booking in any dog to save time and being an easier situation for them going forwards for both dog and employee.
