Melton Orthodontics Specialist Practice

Worst possible experience in my life. The practice staff do not know how to speak to customers/ they are rude and literally have no time to even explain things.horrible people / they should certainly not be representing the NHS here. Worst of all - they behave like this infront of young adults!

Rough attitude to the reception. We tried to ask something did not even allow us to say why we are here a contemptuous attitude ... I'm sorry but I would not use their services!

my experience at Melton orthodontist, is very negative, most people i know, including myself, have been presented with a rude and unfriendly member of staff. my friend, also had this same member of staff, he left the orthodontist in agony, bleeding from his gums, should of seen the look on his face, and next time when his mother mother brought it up to this member of staff, the member of staff continued to be rude. i have also had negative experiences, every time i attend, i am treated very unfriendly and as if i am gum on someones shoe. i feel worthless, like a spec of dust, when i attend. please sort this issue out, or i shall pay somewhere else to do my braces,.

So far weve had such a bad experience with a particular Orthodontist. I could never send my 15 year old in the room for treatment by herself. I experienced the worst attitude and insensitivity from her. This particular day she was running late and was treating her patients like she was battery farming. She shouted at my daughter for having her hair tied back as she was observing a headscarf and had to take it off which took 10 seconds! Im waiting for a response from the practice manager but I feel this review is justified. We are travelling 40 minutes to come to these appointments which is difficult as it is and its now traumatised my child to visit again to see such a rude Orthodontist. Very very disappointed. Ive spoken to a few people (who have also had treatment here) since this incident and Im shocked that they all feel the same with the attitude of some people in this practice!
