Do not use this company for respite care!! Visited and booked mum in 5 months ago. I was promised a call and an assessment visit, neither of which happened even though it was 'in the diary' ???? I then had to chase again being continually told not to worry, all was in hand and mum was booked in! 2 days to go - assessment day arrives. I get a call to cancel mum's stay!!!! Just let down, no proper explanation, fobbed off with staffing issues and sickness (not virus)??? Incompetent unprofessional company. STEER CLEAR!!! ***** IN REPLY TO AMWELL's RESPONSE - Mum's actual stay for 2 weeks was cancelled with 2 days to go,, NOT JUST THE PRE-ASSESSMENT, let's be clear and correct here!! Absolutely NO ALTERNATIVE WAS OFFERED - What could they possibly offer???

The team work hard and ensure my Mum is well taken care of . I have been pleased with the care , friendliness food and comfort Mum has enjoyed since her arrival in April 2022 with a dementia diagnosis at a moderate stage.
