    shop gone down the hill as its the third time given receipt after the purchase, but not the voucher! they keep it for themselves!

    Matt (a store assistant?) was absolutely brilliant! He gave me lots of advices and pointed me in a right direction. His colleague, Olivia, who was at the till was very nice and polite. That was my first time at H&B in Melton Mowbray but I'll definitely be coming back there.

    I went in to return a product I purchased online. I encountered around 15-20mins of issues, starting with "Our system isn't accepting returns" to "We can't accept a return of the item because it's been opened". There was also person who had been waiting behind me the whole time. There was a free till and a free employee, but they made him wait (even when I offered for him to go in front of me). I then received questions about why I was returning it, any other medication I'm on, and the fact I should have waited longer for the item to work. I then had to tell them that it clearly states the following return information in the email receipt I was sent: "We hope you'll love your purchase, but if you're not happy for any reason, we offer free returns on all orders. You can return items back to your local store for free, simply show this QR code in store." It did not say I would be challenged by the manager upon my return request. She eventually returned the full amount back to my card. I thought it was a pretty appalling service. I shouldn't have to justify myself if your products don't work for me.
