If I knew what I know now my Mum would never have been left there for 3 weeks. She was walking with walking aid and when I picked her up she lost all interest in walking. Is now bed ridden. Deteriorating quite badly.

Thank you to all staff at Broadoak Grange for the excellent care and attention given to my wife, Averil, and myself, between March, 2014 and January, 2018. We enjoyed the friendly and cheerful way in which all of the staff, and outside workers, did their utmost to support us at this difficult time. I appreciate all that you have done for us to make the best of every day possible.

A very grim facility. The home manager is surly & impolite. Residents are never taken out & have very little in way of entertainment. To our horror our Vegetarian mother was given meat to eat on more the one occasion.Would not recommend this home to anyone who cares about the relative they are placing there.
