        Shop assistant helpful towards myself when asking questions, although spoke to my elderly mum like she had no brains of her own and was quite condescending in his delivery of answers - mum hadn't bought items queried for 30-years. Did not know Leicestershire demographic area for delivery purposes, charged extra to take out of box and set up. Products arrived on day planned, although a lot later than time given by telephone by delivery person.
