We have had a good experience with this company. The whole process has been relatively smooth. We have a large garden and naturally there have been a few problems along the way but all of these were solved and dealt with very quickly. All the men involved in this project were extremely polite and helpful and worked to the highest standard, nothing was too much trouble for them. Leicester Landscaping have just completed our new patio and garden redesign and we are very satisfied with the end result. The company are very professional from start to finish. Firstly Miles provides great ideas and once agreed he produced excellent 'artificial images' of the design of what the end result was going to look like. Once the job started the team of Jamie, Mark, Jake, and Callum worked long hours in our awful wet November weather to complete a great job, and communication via Sally in the 'office' was also excellent. Fantastic service from start to finish. Everyone who worked on this project was a delight to deal with. The garden looks fantastic, we now have the space we have always wanted and the garden feels like an extension of the house and a space we can use. Cannot wait until Spring when it will really come to life. I would recommended this excellent team for an end to end service and great project management to give you a great garden. The team at Leicester Landscaping did a terrific job for us. We were particularly please with their professionalism. Their work is of an outstanding quality and the team was always on hand to answer any queries. What we particularly liked is that they do not differentiate themselves from their competitors on price - instead they are head and shoulders above the competition on quality and client service. Their pricing structure is very transparent too. We spent a considerable amount of time researching the market for landscapers - some so-called bigger companies came and evaluated and never had the courtesy to even come back with a quote - Leicester Landscaping were the complete opposite. Ill definitely be recommending the team to my friends and family.
