        The staff are really helpful here Charlotte is friendly and cheerful Im a plumber and need items quickly this isnt a problem as most things are in stock on the same day its lovely and tidy as well

        Absolutely fantastic customer service as I always get at this branch of toolstation. Jamie was a great help and happy to give advice and his opinion on one of my purchases. Great product knowledge from Jamie and from all the other staff when they serve me. 99% of items in stock but comes next day if not. I'm a trades person so rely on product availability and product advice when needed and you get both here. A big thankyou to all the staff at this branch, keep up the fantastic work... And for those not aware, there is a catalogue in store to browse through for your items you require so you can see various options or you can just ask at the counter. Same great customer service as you always receive there
