        I have been a customer here for many years but not again. My last frames broke twice in the same place but I was happy to trust Boots again as they said they would mend my old glasses to keep as a spare. However after paying over 300 for new glasses I was told by the optician that there's nothing they could do and to sort it myself. It seemed that as soon as they had my money they didn't care, beware of false promises.
