        Used legal zoom to setup my business awhile ago. I closed the business 4 years ago and still to this day they try to deduct fees in January. This has been going on for 4 years now, when contacted they staid everything was taken care of, but here we are again, legal zoom trying to deduct fees from my account

        Filing for an LLC with Legal Zoom has been one of my worst experiences EVER, at a time that should be a happy one . The took the money and disappeared, I cannot reach them by phone, email, or chat because of outrageous hold times and seemingly poor technology. I was told an escalation team would reach out to me, and that never happened either. They have been completely negligent! Ill be posting many, many horrible reviews on a daily basis until they solve this issue and make it up to me and then some~
