What a hidden gem Melton has with The Flower Basin. The team are all very polite and attentive even though they were working their socks if in preparation for mother's Day. Thank you for the amazing bouquet. Hope you all enjoyed the Pizza.

I found you quite rude on the phone to me just now, wanted some help with an order and was told to basically ring the international order service they use, they're closing the shop and the website said orders before 2pm would be same day so it wasn't very nice. Big shame as I would of loved to of used a local business. Felt rushed off the phone and like an inconvenient customer, even though I was trying to spend 50 on flowers to be delivered in Melton. **I just thought I'd edit the review, as I'm just leaving my experience here for others to see and not for an argument with the shop keeper. Think she is having a bad day, we all have them. My review is based upon my experience only of speaking to a company for approximately 3 minutes. I felt like I was holding this person up, but I can see from their response they've plenty of time on their hands so I am in fact wrong.

Put an order in at 9.15am and they were delivered within an hour. Beautiful flowers and great service.
