Our order was for the takeaway night at Eye Kettleby, Ordered online and was told 1 hour till delivery, rang after an hour & a half and was told it could be at least another 30 - 40 minutes, the girl on the phone wasnt overly helpful and just said they were busy. Ended up having to wait just over 2 hours, I think they were waiting to see how many other orders they got for the campsite which was naughty as you are each charged a 5 delivery charge. Luckily the food was actually surprisingly good, but wouldnt order again if we ever went back that way.
