        Steer well clear dont use these they are trying to charge me for two vehicles i do not own that trade centre uk set up but i did not accept the cars now they want 10% off 2 lots off 580 trying to get hold of customer services is a nightmare having to go through trading standards and ombudsman

        My car broke down just before Christmas with repairs costing me just under 2000. I took my car to the garage that offered payment plat via Payment Assist. It was very easy to get i lt sorted with ability to choose between 4 or 6 monthly payments. I had an issue to resolve with the pay assist directly and I found it extremely easy to resolve. Having lots of experience with all sorts of customer service I was already prepared for the battle, but the lady on the phone was very friendly and nice, she sorted my issue in no time and left me stunned! It was one of the best customer experiences in my entire life! Well done... it doesn't happen very often nowadays! I'm just sorry I didn't catch her name.
