ADP

If I could rate this company with NO stars I would. What started off as a company who you could get in contact with regularly for updates on our planning application, has now led to NO communication what so ever. They managed to mess up our structural calculations, by submitting the wrong details to our local council, and when promised to get these amended by ADP nothing has been done. We have been calling constantly, and just fobbed off!!!! We were liaising with the actual boss of the Company too. Martyn Ball, who now never replies to our emails. He also tricked us into going along with their phase 3 application, Which is basically ADP doing all your pricing on materials for your build, and even providing a tender package to contractors. Sound Good?? what a waste of a down payment that was. Some 300+ We are in the process of going through trading standards, to atlleast get our down payment back. As for our amended structural calculations. We will be going through another Architect. Just be very careful, with this company. They say all the wright things to get your deposit. After that you will be waiting. They seem to be chasing after BIG jobs, as when I spoke to Martyn Ball, that's all he was saying to me. Another method in trying to make his company seem better than what they actually are. You have been warned!!!!!!!!!!!!! AVOID
