A word of warning for anyone buying a property under taylor wimpey east midlands, if you have any plumbing issues within your 2 years, they provide completely false information and make out the issues are your fault so they don't cover the damage. Currently been told that a loose waste trap on my shower which has soaked electrics, carpets and ceiling was my own fault. Avoid, buy with another company

We moved in March 2022 , sales people where amazing helped us with everything and moving in was great , but then it's all started, house is not in bad quality want but there where snags which we informed them , now it's already almost end of August and they don't care about any snags and avoiding you at any cost , been calling customer care for weeks and girl who's in charge about our snags in this area just left and no one has told us anything we been trying to contact them for almost a month and no answer. Be aware of this of you have snags in your house where they need to change doors and do bigger things they will ignore you until you give up and start fixing yourself , next step for us will be contacting our solicitor and go that way if there will be no one who replies or takes responsibility. Be really careful with them.
