I found E-traks listed on the official Somfy website as a Somfy partner and approached them as I was desperate for help with a project to convert existing manual blinds to motorised. I chose E-traks to supply the parts to me as their responsiveness, thoroughness and fantastic customer service left them streaks ahead of the other companies that responded to my requests for assistance.
