Recently bought a Tesla from Witham Garage, Lance and Rob were professional and genuinely friendly. Car and paperwork were ready for my arrival. Really happy with my purchase and experience. Would definitely recommend.

Shame there is not a zero star option. After purchasing a 2019 car and it failed on me twice in the first 2 months the garage paid for repairs.. under warranty refused to take it back blatantly. Then 3 weeks before the end of my 6 month warranty I have same issues .. but I have done over 6000 miles admitted however its the same problem as at the start .. refund to give me any further help. Cowboys absolute cowboys.. 17 grand lemon sat on my driver. I would highly suggest people stay clear of these rip off merchants. Be very very weary .

I want to say a big thank you to Mike who looked after me from start to finish over the transaction of my new Lexus NX. No pressure sales, left me in the car to have a look around at it at my own pace. As in customer service myself i do really appreciate when you recieve a high a level of service sitting in the other side of the table for once. Mike went that extra mile and picked me up from the trainstation and offered me a hot drink both times on arrival, those little touches made the sale. I would have never bought that car if I received bad service out of principle, but Mike was great and thanks once again. Regards Ryan
