        I've been going to crossfit sessions at Panic for about 3-4 months now. It's definitely been the best gym experience I've ever had. The coaches are super friendly, and very welcoming. The sessions have a huge amount of variety, you can tell the coaches put a lot of thought into each session itinerary. I've heard crossfit has a reputation for being clique, THIS IS NOT TRUE! Everyone is so welcoming and supportive. If you want to enjoy getting fitter and stronger go to Panic Gym!
