        bought a cheltenham teacup and saucer for my mom as a gift and she loves it. they even deliver to canada if you give em a call. was all very simple and easy and taken care of.

        The quality of this china is very poor (Artic range). The plates are all of differing heights and some aren't even level. None of the measurements of plates, bowls etc correspond to the website. They came with pin holes, blobs, marks and were rough underneath. My first email was replied to when they stated that they don't normally have problems. Subsequent emails have been ignored. I have a receipt for this substantial purchase to prove that this review is not a fake. In response to their reply of my review, the myriad of defects are all too real. I have many photos if they would like to see them. I have checked my previous set of china and not one piece has any defect whatsoever.
