They have done some good work for me and I have set them on again. And they are just as good now as they were the first time around. Did my heating in quick time with great efficiency.

Friendly call back ,came when they said they would. sorted the problem , (well repaired the damage caused by mice through a hot water pipe !) i will have to sort the cause of the damage. what's more to say ...they deliver a quality friendly and quick responsive service. highly recommend. Our Viessmann combi boiler stopped working on Saturday 9th September, we called many heating engineering companies over the weekend a lot that used automated reply systems which gave you the impression that they were going to get back to you the same day, but none did. Stephen's voicemail said that they were closed for the weekend but that they would contact us on Monday morning after the weekend around 8:30 am to 9:30 am, after speaking with Stephen I agreed to meet him at 3:30 pm that afternoon. After inspecting the boiler Stephen informed me what parts were required and said that he could do the work on Friday 16th September, later in the week Stephen sent us a quote and called me to inform us that he could do the work on Thursday 15th which was great news as we were all having cold showers and believe me I mean cold! Stephen arrived at 8:30 am and completed the repairs for 11:30 am, Stephen was professional, polite, clean and tidy in his work and the cost was competitive, on the basis of our experience of Kloska Heating Services and of Stephen's conduct and performance I would highly recommend Kloska Heating Services.
