        We found this company on Google, rang them and were told someone called Suzanne will visit our property and subsequently send a proposal with price and details. The appointment was a week later at 2pm. When the day arrived, I rang the company at around 12 noon to double-check if she was still coming as we had a couple of other things on at the same time, reception staff said yes she was definitely coming, so we cancelled and rearranged what we had on. Anyway, it was 2.30pm no one came, 3pm and no one came - rang them up again - they said they will find out and get back to us, no apology whatsoever, and the phone call never came back either. How annoying and unbelievably unprofessional!!
