        Unfortunately I had to say goodbye to our beloved cat Tiger-Lily. I just want to thank you for all your support you gave me on the day. You are an amazing team and thank you for the card and the her paw print .

        Pretty appalling to be informed my details removed from system in favour of ex wife, surely this is a breach of regulations. Always used this veterinary practice. I wasnt even asked about change, my name and number stored on system and not so much a call to enquire if this was ok? Disgusted with this, perhaps an explanation how this breach in customer experience was allowed to happen.
