I was unusually patient (for me) in finding the right car from the right garage, I had several e-mail exchanges and phone calls from dealers across the UK (i'm in Edinburgh) but nothing was filling me with confidence in the stock on offer or the quality of conversation with the sales person. The very first conversation with Adam completely filled me with confidence, he shared his thinking in how he goes about preparing a car for sale (specifically walking me through his thinking on the 2018 Passat Alltrack I was interested in) & that he wants to have really happy customers that keep coming back, and tell all their friends and family too. On the strength of that conversation, I booked my (one way) flight to Bristol and onwards to Melksham. The level of thought and consideration that went into ensuring the car was perfect (a 5 year old car with 66k on the clock), was immediately evident from the faultless drive home over 400 miles. A very personal buying experience, from a family run dealership, that runs a garage to look after and prepare customer cars. Definitely worth the trip & highly recommend Audi VW Car Sales to anyone looking to deal with a completely trustworthy team of people.
