Giffords Surgery

The mental health nurse is amazing in there its just a shame the GPs let the surgery down. 3 seperate gps ignored my concerns which resulted in a hospital stay and a medical negligence claim due to the fact of had the Gp listened and admitted me I would be in the situation real shame as I like the surgery and the receptionists and mental health nurse and nurses are all lovely its the gps that let the surgery down

Not seen a Doctor for at least 2 years or more and have suffered pain for that time rang spoke to a call handler left it till after lunch due to the busy time only to say ring back at 8.00 am.tomorrow. Really fed up being sent APPs its like you are left to deal with your own sickness ..never complained before but its getting really bad ....just feel like I am a hinderous to them ...

This surgery just gets worse! Can't make an appointment at 2.30 in the afternoon because all the appointments were gone for the day and was told to call in the morning because that is when all the appointment are given out! Couldn't even get to make an appointment for the next day, or the day after that, oh no we can't do that, you need to call back on the day you want an appointment! So when I call back tomorrow, will it be the same issue.....or will it be emergencies only. How long is acceptable to keep calling back to miss out on appointments? Spa Medical Centre seem to manage their appointments so much better I would change if I could"
