        Customer service was outstanding, i was visited the same morning by all necessary contractors, this was a problem with a water leak and electricity. Just waiting for redecorating now!

        Have had these guys out a few times in the last few years. For the most part very friendly, efficient and tidy up after themselves. Few examples - In January we had some guys out to fix the fence, it was not a pleasent area on the other side where they mostly had to work but they did it quickly and cheerfully without complaint. This afternoon we had a young apprentice come out to paint the door, a little shy but obviously enjoyed what he was doing, very polite and friendly and cleaned up after he was done. Even when things go wrong - we had a break down of communication (Silcoa's side) the manager phoned, admitted the area was their fault and has done everything he can to rectify the situation.
