Having purchased a flexifoot right handed crutch from them in 2021 I needed a left handed one but had moved to Scotland so I messaged them and received a prompt reply that they do not ship items but did point me in the direction of online sites that ship to Scotland. I have now ordered one and really appreciate the help from them. Excellent service!

I had occasion to phone you mobility store to enquire about batteries for my Pride scooter and informed that they were in stock. My wife and I called in the following day and your guys sorted my batteries out in no time. I also had an electrical problem on a smaller folding scooter in the back of my car which they had a look at which they also fixed in no time and refused to charge for. It is uncommon to find such service these days and I will certainly come back when I need their services again and will certainly recommend Life & Mobility to others. Thank you all.
