I've worked for Bailey Care Services for around 6 months now, I joined as a trainee as my first ever real job through the Kickstarter Scheme. The staff are very kind and attentive when it comes to helping me in areas I don't know, and I've learned a lot on the job. Sometimes the workload feels overwhelming, but I've found that feeling to disappear quickly after as I start to work through it. All in all, I would recommend them as a work place.

I have been working for Bailey Care for nearly 6 months now. The whole interview process was quick and relatively painless, the ladies in the office were very kind and welcoming from the very first telephone interview. The whole office team has been lovely and supportive since my first day Since starting at Bailey care I have felt supported in learning my role as a recruitment consultant. The training schedule can seem a bit much at first but it really does help to grow in your roll and time is always given to attend the virtual events and complete coursework. Overall I would absolutely recommend Bailey care services to those looking for work whether that be in the office or as one of our temporary workers.

Ive worked for Bailey Care Services for a year now, and can honestly say that its been a pleasure. I feel supported in my role and feel I can always ask questions if Im unsure. The recruitment process was straightforward and stress free, they have provided me with training to help improve my skills and prior knowledge. I very much look forward to further contributing and helping grow the business in the future.
