        Even though the products are expensive Ive still put 5*. The products are good quantity, innovative and well sourced. Its still up to me to buy. But the staff, they are well informed, know animals and hugely helpful. I actually enjoy going there.

        Sales assistant Josh went above and beyond the call of duty today. A customers dog had violent diarrhoea in the shop and the customer stood by and watched Josh clean up the mess,which he did without complaint. Shame on the customer, and full marks to Josh.
