I needed some parts in a rush as another company had let us down, I called on a Tuesday afternoon and had the correct parts sent overnight and I was back to work Wednesday morning, I am not sure who the lady was I spoke to but the only way she could have been more helpful is if she came and fitted the bits herself.

Customer Service is non-existent. Ordered a part 3 weeks ago, hasn't arrived. First sent email asking kindly if they could chase the courier or provide details and I would chase them because I paid 6.75 for shipping which should have been tracked. No Response. Gave benefit of the doubt and waited another week. Still no response and still no item in post. Emailed customer services again, being polite asking for courier details and proof of postage, still no response another week later. The order was only for 11. At this point they can keep it and invest in better customer services!
