Went there to buy a 3/4", 20 teeth spline gland for a bathroom mixer tap. However, the chap didn't "want to sit here count the teeth" on what was in stock. Not helpful at all.

Being a novice (and rubbish) DIYer and fitting a new shower tray and cubicle means I have had to call in a few times for advice. All staff are friendly and very helpful and spare the time to discuss my plumbing and fitting issues even though the only things I have bought from them are a couple of Multipanels and trims. Thanks for the time and advice on a Saturday morning!
