Spa Road Service Station

Really bad customer service. I have the club card for them, put pertrol for full tank but i forgot my membership card and the cashier told me that i can keep the receipts and come back next time and they will assist me. Came back after 4 days and the person on the till told me its too long now and they cant do it anymore. 4 days???? Come on. Not even an explanation. This happen 2 times. One is 4 days and another 3 days. Maybe they want only for minutes. Rubbish service and rubbish membership card

My HSCB card does work contactless on any of their machines. It works everywhere else but here? Today again I had the same problem and moved to a different till where I was told there was a problem with the bank, then the problem was my card which works everywhere else, when I suggested the attendant had bad customer service she snatched the things I was going to buy and refused to serve me. She wears glasses with long hair. If you have problems in your life dont take them out on customers or youre just spiteful, vindictive and nasty. Gone down hill since it changed hands, the decent staff left.
