        RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!! No acknowledgement when going into shop, as Mary (owner??) was serving others, which took ages, whilst I just stood there! It took the customers she was serving to tell her I had been stood waiting, & did she wish to serve me? Bizarre! Always let someone know you will be with them shortly!! Shop is like stepping back in time, circa 1970's, & not in a good way! Full of tatt/car boot rejects in amongst lovely jewellery. Needs a good clear out, & focus on being an actual jewellers. Also up/try to improve your non existent customer service skills!! If this shop wasn't in a small town, with no other jewellers, they would not survive.

        Shocking service almost unbelievable! Do not administer refunds! Explained its for my Grandmother who will continue the ordeal as long as possible and told we all have problems mate. Couldnt even understand the situation.
