Wiltshire Tyres MOT & Service Centre

Damaged my car paintwork - said they had checked CCTV and couldn't see any damage when it left, but refused to let me see. Tyres were through Black Circles and, based on the evidence I presented, refunded me the full value of the tyres. Unfortunately the repair still left me 140 out of pocket. Andy, the area manager was particularly belligerent... I did get some sympathy from the fitters. I would NEVER go back or recommend to others

Consistently excellent customer service. We've used this garage for years now and can highly recommend. After being let down by a breakdown company today, Wiltshire Tyres came out after 4:30pm on a Friday to help us! They managed to start our car so we could drive it across to them for more of a thorough look. Just excellent! Thank you again Wiltshire Tyres!!

chose this garage based on the quality of reviews ... had 2 tyres fitted and balanced. when i left I could hear access noise & popping sound, especially when turning which wasn't there before. turns out they used clip-on weights instead of sticky ones which are not suitable for my alloys & and where scraping against the struts on both sides. Garage tried to convince me that they always fit like for like and that I must have had clip-ons before - which I know I never had as I haven't seen them ever before. They told me later that they had a guy (for a day) who didn't do a good job of it, but really didn't get a full apology and I didn't appreciate that they tried to pull the wool over my eyes instead. Made me feel like 'she won't understand it anyway'. They rebalanced the tyres which was carried out but another clearly unskilled under 20s looking guy who had to ask a lot of questions and put the wheels back on with handbrake off while the car kept moving. absolute joke. wish me luck! I won't go back to this unskilled garage and I am shocked about the good reviews.
