Mike and his team are personable, professional and knowledgable and take the time to get to know the companies they're providing voices for. The online Script portal is easy to understand and use and there's a wealth of voices and background music to choose from. Every nuance in a message can be tweaked and adjusted until you, as SoundM's client, are 100% happy. I really can't speak highly enough of Sound Marketing and am delighted that they're now involved in the way we interract with our customers on the telephone.
