My wife was offered a power chair but unfortunately couldn't really operate it properly so went for a normal wheelchair that I could push. Also had a seat pressure mapped so the right cushion could be used. Never had a problem with the staff or service as all were first class. Thank you.

Wheelchair told my partner over the phone that due to my disability they would give me a powered wheelchair, then took a month to tell me actually that's wrong and I can only have a self propelled one - which I can't propel myself due to disability. Gave me my first glimmer of hope to have a semi normal life of being able to go to a shop or the doctors alone, just to take it away. Please re train your staff.
