Constant communication with Karen at every stage and kindness shown by Kelly, who looked after dad while he was resting. Plus Matthew and the team on the day of the funeral. Great team and Thankyou to all :)

        Karen and the team from Melksham were extremely professional and compassionate with the arrangements of my late mum's funeral. It felt like we had a guiding arm around our shoulders at such a difficult time. The attention to detail was such a kind gesture, my mum used two different spellings of her name, Karen found a way to reflect this on the coffin. Thank you. On the day of the funeral Craig and the pall bearers did an incredible job in such a restricted space. Thank you to everyone involved.
