Called Alpha Rod out on the Sunday, to a blocked drain (manhole full of water). The guy arrived within an hour of me logging the call and promptly unblocked the drain. Turns out recent jetting of the main sewer (by the water company) might have dislodged an old style "rodding fitment" which had partially blocked the outflow from the manhole. Turns out the outflow pipe is also heavily scaled up so will need a further visit to clear that out as well. Appt booked for that to be done on the following Thursday.

From meeting Alpha Rod at their office in Melksham to clearing a deep pipeline they could not have been more helpful and efficient. Their engineer was knowledgeable and careful and got the job done in well under an hour. Their price was also very fair. I would totally recommend them.

Had Alpha Rod out for a blocked drain, great friendly communication from office (Tegan and Caroline) to the site engineer (Gordon) all worked really well together. Gordon great example going the extra mile to get to the bottom of what we were dealing with.
