Terrible terrible terrible. Making a phone call seems to be pretty pointless as the receptionist cannot stop talking to every single person for more than 15 minutes which last week I saw first hand as I waited for her to stop talking an book me for an appointment she made me wait 15 minutes for. I'm utterly disgusted about how this is ran.

This used to be a great Dr's but because they have no staff it's becoming impossible. Yet boa has loads of Dr's. But now they are overstretched. I can't even get a repeat prescription, if I don't have it I get very nasty symptoms because my bodies used to it. And I am up for a review which I can't have unless I put my prescription in I'm told by boa which I wasn't told yesterday at this surgery. I can't put my prescription in as the online account won't work and keeps telling me I've already registered. I try log in with details that have been given doesn't work. All the while I am suffering horrendous symptoms.
