Great customer service on mattresses from Glenn at Leekes Melksham.

I recently visited Leeks in Melksham to purchase some wall tiles, couldnt find any one in the tile section to help. I spoke to Lee Hulbert she was very helpful and completed the transaction in no time. Lee was a pleasure to deal with I will use Leeks agin in the future. Kind regards Tim Hatt

We visited Leekes on the 17th April to have a look around the bed department. We were approached by Glenn who works in this department. To say that he is the font of all knowledge when it comes to all beds is an understatement. He explained the pros and cons of various mattressess and the bonus was the fact that there is a sale on too. He could not do enough to help us and even fitted a sheet on a bed to explain how it would make a difference when lying on it. We were a bit undecided and left with a few brochures and a lot of thinking to do. At no point was Glenn pushing for a sale and his advice was thorough. Today we returned to Leekes and have spoken with Glenn again. His advice was excellent and we have bought a new bed and mattress. The experience was positive and if you are thinking of getting either a new bed or mattress then i would recommend having a chat with Glenn.
