        Has to be the worst customer care ever! I left my Strimmer with him 6 weeks ago, I left three messages over the last three weeks of which he replied to none. Then yesterday he says he hasn't fixed it and can you pick it up tomorrow as he was shutting up shop. He left my Strimmer behind some cardboard in the yard but only the engine half so I now have no shaft and Strimmer attachment. I have no mobile number or forwarding address for him so if anyone reads this could they send the details onto me please.

        Really helpful and knowledgable, has serviced and fixed a number of machines for me and saved a few quid along the way with the right advice. lawnmower and leaf blower running as good as new.
