I don't really know what I'm doing when I get my haircut, I only get it done so my girlfriend doesn't leave, and also to keep work happy. Anyway, I generally ask them to just 'sort the mess out', and they always do. Even my mum says how smart I look when I pop in to see her on the way home. That's got to be worth 5 stars.
