        Excellent service received ! I purchased a JCB hoodie via Amazon which when opened I realised the elasticated cord was damaged . I made contact with Tom Foulger who immediately acted on my issue , he managed to contact his supplier and has arranged FOC a replacement to be sent to me !! Great service !! Many Thanks Tom ..
