He has really listened to my goals and helped me build a programme that fits my life and my objectives. He clearly explains the reasons for all treatments and exercises, and they are working well.

        I highly recommend Dan at Physio Active. I've had multiple neck/shoulder issues complicated by post concussion syndrome - the physio sessions and follow-up plans have been excellent and made real difference during a difficult recovery period.
