I worked for Etex, Meldreth from January 2020 to late July 2020. Working throughout the covid 19 lockdown and eventually deciding to leave due to the way I was being treated. Nigel Pennington, responsible for site operations, maintained regular contacts during the lockdown period where I was doing extra hours as security for the site on top of my regular hours. I even had the manager guarantee me a permanent job when he had no authority to do so. Not only did I not get a job offer, I didn't even get a thank you for my efforts. Nigel himself actually choosing to ignore me at every opportunity, once the company started to find it's feet. The actual logistics department, the staff are incredible and I will miss them, but the way the company is run is disgusting. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY.
