Incredibly friendly and personal service from every member of staff. On more than one occasion they have gone above and beyond to look after my daughters eye care in particular, spending as long as she needed to properly assess her eyes, even past normal opening hours when it was needed, delivering glasses during lockdown and happy to answer questions over the phone too. Great advice and care.

Ive just had a pair of somewhat extreme varifocals, to wear when walking both to enjoy the distant view and when necessary to scrutinise the map. They have turned out spot on. Thank you.

Yesterday morning at 8.30 I contacted Lomas Opticians as my left eye was seeing black cobwebs and dots all over my eye, which was extremely worrying, to say the least. The lady on reception said that she would check to see if they had any cancellations whereby she could get me an appointment ASAP and would ring me straight back. She rang, as promised, and I was seen at 10.00am to put drops in both my eyes to check both of them. At 10.50 I was seen for a thorough examination and diagnosis of the problem after which the optician said she would contact the hospital for an urgent eye appointment for me. Within 2 hours the hospital rang me and made an appointment for the following week. What absolute Brilliant Customer Service from Lomas Options and all the staff so friendly and helpful. Can obviously Highly Recommend.
