        Really bad service. We had already paid 150 pounds with the company and had a funeral on the day and wanted to change. They said it would cost an extra 60 pounds. We had booked a damage waiver insurance with them and they refused to refund this despite us not using it. Fair enough T&Cs apply but then this is to a whole new level. Ridiculous, entrapment in a cycle of payment after payment with little reimbursement only in the end to have a driving experience with an Audi. It'd be cheaper and less terms and conditions to rent one for the day!
