Des Gosling Mobility Ltd

I cant praise the guys at Des Gosling enough.. My Braun ability hoist jammed on Saturday. Bright and early on Monday I phoned them and the first question was when can you be here . I turned up at 13.45 ( fifteen minutes early) Immediately someone came out to see what the problem was. Not only was it quickly sorted.The technician noticed the webbing on the hoist was frayed . As it was still under warranty this was changed free of charge . Brilliant service..well done

After taking receipt of my car, i'd asked for an adaption to enable me to move the driver seat forward. the adaption was successful to a degree, but i couldn't bring the seat far enough forward. I contacted Des Gosling and was asked to bring the car to them which i did that afternoon. I explained what the problems i were i was having, and without question, they came up with a solution for me and fixed it there and then whilst i waited. Got to be one of the best customer services I've had, if not THE BEST!!!!!! If you ever need this sort of company for adaptions and mobility scooters, you've just found the best!!!!!

Parking opposite but post code took me Miles out of the way. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere

Great staff. Friendly and helpful. Allowed us to go back on several occasions to make adjustments. Always polite and efficient
